The various projects will involve the following key elements:
Digital Access control
Digital CCTV
Video analytics
Plate cameras
Control room design
Perimeter fencing
Motorized gates for both vehicles and personnel
Vehicle barrier arms
Covered personnel gates
Guard shack
Intercom equipment
System integration
System and network programming
Local and remote management and monitoring
Services under this agreement are solicited to develop the detailed design of the preferred alternative, provide construction drawings, all labor, equipment, and materials to execute the design.
This contract is all inclusive and requires the contractor to be responsible to provide all labor, material, training, permits, demolition and disposal service for a complete design build project.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be examined in the 7th Floor Conference Room, 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York 14203. Copies of the RFP are available at no charge and shall be requested from Judy Reeves at 716-855-7342 or fax 716-855-7447 and can be downloaded from the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com. The RFP may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., or sent via courier billed to the requester. Plan Holders shall register on-line at the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com under this Project prior to obtaining the RFP.

First pre-proposal conference will be held by the Authority at 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 in the 6th floor conference room on September 9, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Formal site visits will be arranged for September 14 and 15, 2009.
