fiogf49gjkf0d The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) owner and Building Manager of the Metro Babcock Bus Garage at 721 Babcock Street Buffalo, NY 14206, invites interested Security Contractors to submit a proposal for design and construction of a building perimeter security system. Services under this agreement are solicited to develop the detailed design of the preferred alternative, provide construction drawings, all labor and materials to execute the design.
In addition the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) owner and Building Manager of the OCC Facility at 93 Oak Street Buffalo, NY 14203, invites interested Security Contractors to submit a proposal for design and construction of a building access control security system. Services under this agreement are solicited to develop the detailed design of the preferred alternative, provide construction drawings, all labor and materials to execute the design.
The objective of this request for proposal is to obtain the services of a qualified building security systems contracting firm capable of designing and building a security system for the Babcock facility and designing and building an access control system at our OCC facility. This contract is all inclusive and requires the contractor to be responsible to provide all labor, material, training, permits, demolition and disposal service for a complete design build project. |

Contract Documents may be picked up or sent via courier billed to the requestor. A “Federal Express” account number is required for courier shipment.

Site Inspection - For appointment to inspect the Babcock Bus Garage, call Howard Scholl at 716-881-4701 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
