Description This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) invites a consulting services proposal for services as set forth within. These services may be modified during contract negotiations between the Consultant and the NFTA. The Consultant is encouraged to use its previous knowledge and experience to develop a Proposed Scope of Work and a time schedule for completion within the constraints identified.

The NFTA is seeking a qualified firm to provide consulting services related to NFTA’s need to replace an existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software that will be no longer supported by the developer. The project shall replace the current ERP and EAM software, by Hitachi Energy USA Inc. and Ellipse version 9.0.xx. Both the software hosting and administration is contracted out to a third party and serves approximately 200 active users. However, that number will grow with the adoption of a new system.

Services include project management, ERP/EAM project staffing, developing and documenting existing and proposed functional and data workflows, Evaluation of new & existing requirements, ERP/EAM alternative assessment, SOW preparations/RFP specifications, independent cost estimates, technical support during the vendor selection/procurement process and contract negotiations, and implementation monitoring & commissioning.

Copies of the RFP are available at no charge and shall be requested from Cindy Cirbus at 716-855-7342 or fax 716-855-7447 and can be downloaded from the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com. The RFP may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., or sent via courier billed to the requester. Document Holders shall register “on-line” at the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com under this Project prior to obtaining the RFP.

Proposals received after the date and time specified above for opening shall be considered late proposals and, therefore, shall not be opened and/or considered for award.
