Work is accessible from public roads and is on airport property located outside of the airside operations secured perimeter fence. A majority of the work will take place within the boundaries of regulated wetland areas or wetland buffer areas subject to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) wetland permit requirements.
